Root Canal

Endodontic Therapy is commonly referred to as a root canal. During this procedure an infected nerve and pulp are removed from the tooth and replaced with a material called gutta purcha. The advantage of endodontic therapy is that the tooth remains in the dentition. Generally, a tooth will need a crown following endodontic treatment.

Root canals have come a long way and patients can expect their treatments to be pain-free.

Because root canal treatment allows patients to save their tooth, there are also many benefits.
  • Overall natural appearance
  • A natural biting and chewing sensation
  • Prevents other teeth from excessive wear and tear.

Don't go another day with pain in your mouth.
